Who We Are

Forever Fit is a personal training company devoted to teaching, inspiring and enriching people's lives one step at a time. Our job is to ensure that all of our clients reach their target fitness goals in the least amount of time possible and in the most safe and effective manner. We strive to provide the absolute best care and quality customer service to all of our clients. Our trainers are energetic and passionate teachers who enjoy helping others become more fit, strong, confident and overall more healthy. We are fitness educators who are determined to help you succeed.

All of our trainers are fitness professionals who work with clients in need of instruction and coaching in the areas of exercise physiology, kinesiology, nutrition, fitness assessments, exercise programming, sports conditioning and more.

Who We Work With

We work with individuals, couples and small groups. As personal trainers we teach safe and effective exercise techniques; monitor, record and evaluate progress; make adjustments in our clients programs as necessary; and we provide support and motivation to help all of our clients remain consistent with both their training and diets.

Where To Start

We begin by helping you set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely goals). We then help you set realistic time lines to reach those goals and help you stay focused by encouraging and motivating you each step of the way. You will be less likely to cheat on your diet or take time off from your training when you have one of our trainers by your side. Finally, your personal trainer will assist you by creating a safe and effective personalized training program designed specifically towards your fitness goals and your current level of fitness (no one size fits all program).

Our Mission

It is our mission to promote healthy lifestyle changes and to help inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more. We believe that by helping others make healthy lifestyle choices and by diminishing poor dietary habits we are all helping to raise the standards and expectations of healthy living for future generations to come.

Education

All of our staff are BCRPA certified personal trainers and are all fully licensed and insured. The BCRPA (British Columbia Recreation And Parks Association) is one of the most well known and reputable fitness associations in British Columbia. The BCRPA certification is one of the highest certifications in the province of British Columbia that a fitness professional can obtain. The BCRPA requires that all personal trainers renew their credentials every two years to maintain their training license and remain insured. All of our staff are also trained in standard first aid and have up to date CPR level A or higher. Our trainers must continuously keep themselves updated and educated on any new changes or ideas that develop over time in the fitness industry. By keeping ourselves informed we are ensuring our clients that we can remain a source of information and provide resources through professional referrals at the same time.

Meet Your Trainers

Timothy Simpson
BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer
CPR / First Aid

Timothy has always had an invested interest in sports and athletics, participating in Rugby League and Union Soccer as well as state level short distance track events from an early age. It wasn't until going through a period of anorexia and depression in his early twenties that Timothy discovered the true capacity of health, fitness and a holistic lifestyle.

Inspired by both other trainers and athletes, Timothy has spent the past 5 years immersing himself in the function of movement and how it relates to challenging and stimulating the human body and mind. Timothy is a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer and is certified in CPR and First Aid. Having trained one-on-one, small group and boot camp classes for the past 2 years, Timothy practices what he teaches and is constantly striving to increase his theoretical and practical kinesthetic knowledge to better unlock each client's full potential.

Timothy's approach to personal training is that through discipline, balance and control of our mind and body, movement gives a higher quality of life and a better understanding of ourselves as individuals. He pushes each client to maximize their own potential and truly believes that the reward of something well done is have done it.


Serai Sak
Yyoga Certified Instructor


From Serai's perspective, yoga is an approach to centre your consciousness with your own body. She works on finding a deeper, more genuine sense of connection, and awareness with your body. Through that - it is her hope that a greater respect will develop from realizing what our bodies do for us on an everyday basis, and what we are capable of doing. We often under estimate ourselves and our bodies, setting limits that we personally, or society has set through our lives. It is Serai's goal through her practice that she can help her clients find a greater quality of movement, function and consciousness within their own bodies.

Serai likes to emphasize quality of movement over the philosophical and religious aspects of yoga. She comes from a highly athletic background. She has been involved in numerous sports, and competed nationally in martial arts. She enjoys lifting weights at the gym, expanding her lifting repertoire - and hopes to one day out do Klokov in an Olympic lifting competition...joke!

It is a personal enjoyment to expand her knowledge of nutrition, hormonal bodily functions, and other aspects pertaining to our overall health and quality of life. Yoga to Serai is one slice of the overall picture. With over six year of instructing, she has worked with people from all different fitness levels; ranging from professional athletes, where yoga is mandatory for their everyday training, to people who are just curious and are willing to give it a shot. It is with genuine happiness that she can share her approach to help broaden, and improve the everyday function, and quality of life to all of her clients.

With over ten years of experience in the fitness industry, Nick's passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals remains at an all time high. Along with his vast knowledge of anatomy and physiology of how the human body operates, Nick brings a high level of commitment and dedication to each and every client he works with.

In 2006 Nick established his own personal training company called Forever Fit. While working with hundreds of clients over the years and business continuing to grow, he continues to look for new and improved methods in which he and his fellow trainers can help people become more fit, active and overall healthy. Nick continuously keeps himself updated on the latest research and current fads in the fitness industry, so that he is able to remain a source of fitness information to all of his clients. Along with providing clients with intense and effective workouts, he also keeps his programs fresh and interesting so they do not lose interest and give up when times get tough.  His mission is to not just help his clients achieve their fitness goals but more importantly to help hold themselves responsible and become more educated on their own health and well being.

As a personal trainer his job is to motivate, educate and help inspire others to perform at their absolute best each and every day. He is a firm believer in the concept "Fitness For Life" and not only preaches it to his clients but practices it himself on a daily basis.

As a business owner Nick's number one goal is to make sure that every client is given the absolute best care and quality customer service that he or she deserves. Therefore he believes that it's extremely important to have a strong working relationship with all of Forever Fit's clientele. Nick is always looking for ideas, input and feedback from his clients on what he and his fellow trainers can do to make Forever Fit more productive and how each trainer can help cater more towards each individual client's specific goals and expectations.

Dan is a highly experienced, BCRPA certified personal trainer. He is a competitive bodybuilder who keeps himself in excellent shape and health. He has been involved in the fitness industry for over five years. He has experience working with clients of all ages ranging between nineteen to seventy five years of age. He has helped many clients with varying fitness goals achieve amazing results and specializes in the areas of weight loss, muscle building, and core strength training. He also has a background with working with mentally and physically handicap people, helping them improve in the areas of balance, coordination, and giving them more confidence and a stronger self image.

Recognizing the importance of nutrition in altering one's physique and health, Dan provides nutritional consulting and supplement advice to all of his clients. His clients learn how to eat the "right foods" for their body types and how proper nutrition will help them achieve their own personal fitness goals. Along with his nutritional advice Dan all provides information on which supplements are worth taking and which ones are best to avoid.

Dan is an excellent motivator and coach and will always make sure you leave each workout feeling one step closer to reaching your fitness goals.
