Personalized Training Program

Your certified personal trainer can create a personalized training program designed specifically for you based on your individual profile (including age, exercise history, fitness level, goals, available equipment, schedule availability, health history, etc.) We utilize the extensive profile that you provide us with during your initial consultation to develop your exercise program so that you are always doing exercises that are right for you. No more wasting your time in the gym with ineffective workouts. Our programs are designed for all levels of fitness, for working out anywhere (home, gym or on the road), and for use with a variety of exercise equipment or no equipment at all.

We recommend that you follow each program for no longer then 16 weeks at which point we recommend you come in for a complete program upgrade. This is a great way to learn how to train on your own and more frequently if you are unable to meet with your trainer more then twice a week. Your trainer will make sure you completely understand how to use your program and how to perform all of the exercises given to you.

Your Complete Training Program Package Includes:

• 30 minute consultation

• 60 minutes of instruction to review your entire program in the gym

• Ongoing email and phone support with your trainer for the entire 16 weeks

• Exercise upgrades (if necessary) and reviews of form and technique.

Personalized Diet Plan


Our personalized diet plans are designed towards your specific fitness goals, eating habits and daily caloric needs and requirements. We take into account your body weight, your current level of fitness, how often you exercise and discuss your eating habits with you so that you have a better understanding of what goes into your body and learn how to take on a healthy approach to your diet and nutrition.

Please keep in mind that in order for our trainers to be able to design your personalized diet program we will need to have a copy of your food log for at least one week of your daily eating habits with details on the type of food you are eating and what time of day you are eating each meal/snack.

Your Complete 16 Week Personalized Diet Plan Includes:


• 30 minute consultation to discuss your current diet and eating habits

• 60 minute one-on-one to go over your diet plan

• Complete 16 week written out diet plan

• Ongoing email and phone support

Ultimate Nutrition Package

With the ultimate nutrition package you will not only receive your complete 16 week written out diet program but we will also teach you how to read food labels and understand why some "low fat" foods might actually be sabotaging your weight loss goals, or why you are not gaining muscle yet eating tons and tons of protein. We will help you understand the difference between simple carbohydrates and complex carbohydrates. You will learn how much sodium is too much and why so many "good foods" are low in fat yet high in sugar.

• 1.5 hour grocery shopping trip with your personal trainer

• Learn how to read food labels correctly

• Complete 16 week written out diet plan
