Forever Fit Boot Morning Fitness Class

At Forever Fit our morning fitness classes are fun and challenging. Our workouts are designed to help you burn fat, build muscle and strengthen your core all at the same time. Each class is different and unique as we combine cardiovascular training with resistance training exercises in exercise circuits of 8-12 stations. We begin with an aerobic warm-up, followed by an intense yet effective workout circuit and then cool-down with some light stretching.  These classes are convenient with most peoples' schedules and are a great opportunity to come out, try something new and rewarding for your body and have fun while participating.


*All classes listed below are equal to 60 minutes of instruction with a BCRPA certified personal trainer

Forever Fit Morning Class Training Rates

• 4 Sessions / Month (1x/week) – $112 ($28/session)

• 8 Sessions / Month (2x/week) – $184 ($23/session)
